Continuing Education and Training

Through our affiliation with National Academy for Educators and Caregivers™ (NAEC), we offer comprehensive training programs exclusively for individuals within the childcare and preschool industry.

The primary objective of NAEC is to assist educators in acquiring content knowledge specific to their discipline by incorporating adult learning styles through cohesive and strategic methods and then supporting those efforts through continued guidance at the center level. Training and workshops are offered throughout the year and include everything from CPR and First Aid training to classroom management, curriculum development and conflict resolution.

These and a plethora of additional courses are designed to provide the framework to improve understanding of the academic, social, emotional and physical needs of each staff member as it relates to their teaching,  management and care of children at The Learning Experience® (TLE).
