"To Whom it May Concern, My daughter has been attending the TLE located in Edison, NJ. since the first day it opened. I feel it is important that I write this letter to let you know how strongly I feel about the excellent care and attention my daughter is getting at TLE. I planned on putting her in at age 8 months because I was very impressed with the curriculum I saw on your web site. Unfortunately the Edison location did not open and the Woodbridge location around the corner from my house also was not open. I ended up putting my daughter in another center which I left a year and a half ago. I moved her to a Children of America center for three months and finally was able to get her into TLE in Edison which is a convenient location to my house and my work. I am very impressed with the care my daughter has received at TLE in Edison. She has been so happy and has learned so much. As an educator myself I know how hard it is to find quality certified teachers in the public schools let alone in daycare centers. TLE Edison not only has certified teachers but they are the most dedicated, experienced, and loving staff that my daughter has had in the three centers she has attended. The owners are so caring and understanding. It is just like belonging to a family. I finally feel safe leaving my daughter, who has food allergies, in a school where I know she will not be eating unsafe foods. I believe that the owners and director of the Edison TLE is what truly make this school an amazing one. Their dedication shows everyday. "First and foremost, we are delighted with Henry’s academic and social achievements. He has learned an enormous amount of material and he has developed many important skills. From learning about colors, shapes, numbers, the alphabet, phonetics, and the beginnings of learning how to read, to developing the essential skills of the following instructions, articulating his needs and wants clearly, and learning how to socialize appropriately with his peers and teachers, Henry has grown tremendously! The atmosphere at TLE in Stony Brook is born of a staff which is inviting, encouraging, cheerful, helpful, cooperative, professional and sincere. When we drop Henry off in the morning and when we pick him up in the early evening, we are always greeted with a pleasant and friendly “hello” from any staff member who is at the front desk or even walking in the halls. This can be a refreshing boost on hectic mornings, and on evenings when traffic on the way to TLE has been horrible. Whoever is in charge, we are made to feel that no problem is too small or too big, and that nothing is a bother for the staff to consider. Over the years, little requests and a few big ones too, have been accommodated with a smile and a sense of understanding. This creates a feeling of comfort and reliable trust, which are essential to us. Regarding lunch and snacks, we appreciate the well-balanced meals that are provided. An additional plus for us is that we don’t have to prepare a nutritious lunch every day, which is a real help since we both work and have very busy schedules. We’d also like to thank Miss Cindy in the kitchen. She has been as shining star, as she worked with us to try to figure out what food Henry was having an allergic reaction to. She handled the matter quite efficiently, providing thoughtful suggestions about possible culprits, offering to remove different foods at different times until we could track and finally identify the offending food." ~Cathryn C. and Mark W.
